Filter manufacturing is usually split up: one company cuts the tooling, another moulds, a third assembles. At Fil Filter the entire chain runs on one site, so an engineer or technician sees directly what a design decision means on the production line.
Six decades of manufacturing experience, more than 1,100 employees and an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory set the pace of learning. Production, quality, engineering and the lab work along the same corridors, so the answer to a question sits in the next room rather than at another company.

How are internship and graduate applications handled?
- They travel the same route. Term internships are possible in engineering, the laboratory and production; the application should state the field of study, the year and the internship period.
Which functions are on site?
- Engineering and R&D, the accredited laboratory, production processes (tooling, machining, injection moulding, welding, painting, assembly), quality, supply chain and logistics, and sales and export all work on the same site.
Where is the workplace?
- Production and the laboratory are at the plant in İskenderun, Hatay. Sales and export roles may involve travel depending on the territory.
