Filter Paper Preparation
Filter paper is unwound, scored, pleated and bonded on dedicated lines. The most upstream step in the process.
Component Stamping
End caps, centre tubes and housing components are stamped and formed in the metalworking shop.
Assembly Lines
Automated and manual cells join filter paper, end caps, seals and housings into finished filter elements.
Test, Pack & Ship
End-of-line leak and pressure testing, custom packaging, palletising and dispatch to OE destinations.
