An OE programme does not start by adapting a shelf product. The application's flow values, dust profile, temperature and pressure range are measured first, and media, pleat geometry and housing are designed against them. Samples are validated in the accredited laboratory, and series approval follows tooling validation and the end-of-line control plan.

How does an OE filter development project run?
- It starts with an analysis of the application's operating conditions: flow values, dust profile, temperature and pressure range. Media selection, pleat geometry and housing design follow, and samples go through laboratory testing. Series approval comes once tooling is validated and the end-of-line control plan is in place.
Which tests run in the in-house laboratory?
- Filtration efficiency, dust holding capacity, burst strength, pulse durability, sealing and flow restriction are tested in the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Accreditation means the reported figures are independently verifiable.
Which production steps happen in-house?
- Tooling, machining, injection moulding, welding, painting and assembly all happen on one site. With no outsourced steps, traceability holds from raw material to finished filter and ramp-up times stay short.
Which quality systems are certified?
