Filtration / Air Dryers
Compressed air stays clean,
the brake system stays safe.
Protects the compressed-air line against moisture, oil vapour and particulate intrusion. Fil Filter air-dryer cartridges deliver the dry, clean air the brake system needs, reliably, through demanding pulsation cycles and changing operating conditions.
Overview
Engineered for Performance
Water vapour carried in compressed-air systems can condense into liquid as temperatures change. This moisture can lead to corrosion in lines, freezing in valves, delayed response in pneumatic components and safety risk in brake systems.
From heavy-duty trucks to buses, from industrial compressors to pneumatic equipment, every system needs dry, clean compressed air through varying temperatures, demanding duty cycles and long service intervals.
Fil Filter air-dryer cartridges are developed for dew-point control and contaminant separation through a molecular-sieve desiccant structure and a coalescing layer that supports oil and particulate separation. Every cartridge is validated with the pressure fluctuations, pulsation cycles and operating loads encountered in commercial-vehicle service conditions in mind.

Why It Matters
Dry air means
reliable system response.
Moisture in the compressed-air line can lead to corrosion, valve freezing, response delay and safety risk in the brake and suspension circuit. The air-dryer cartridge controls these risks at the source and delivers dry, clean and reliable compressed air whenever the system needs it.
Dry Air on Every Duty Cycle
Compressed-air drying performance is engineered to hold across the service interval. This reduces the risk of moisture condensing and reaching the brake reservoir, suspension valves and pneumatic actuators.
Clean Air Downstream
Oil aerosols and particulate are held inside the cartridge. Brake valves, suspension circuits and pneumatic equipment continue to operate reliably on cleaner compressed air.
Built for Real Service Conditions
Validated with pulsation cycles, pressure variations and commercial-vehicle service conditions in mind. The air-dryer cartridge is not just a consumable replacement; it is a critical component that maintains system reliability throughout the service interval.
Engineering Features
Premium Molecular-Sieve Desiccant
Tightly graded desiccant beads hold drying performance under sustained heavy-duty cycling; not just at the start of service life.
99.95 % Oil & Particulate Separation
A dedicated coalescing layer drops oil aerosols and fine particulate out of the air stream before they reach the downstream system.
Galvanised Surface Protection
Galvanising process tuned for the temperature, condensate and chemistry of an air-dryer service environment; corrosion is not the failure mode.
Heated & Standard Variants
Cold-climate heated cartridges available for sub-zero operating environments; standard variants for temperate climates and indoor industrial use.
OEM-Approved Pulsation Endurance
Tested to over 2,000,000 pulsation cycles and homologated by major commercial-vehicle OEMs for series fitment.
Direct OE-Fit Threads
Connection geometry matches OEM dryer modules exactly; the cartridge mounts dry-air-tight without adapters or shimming.
Product Families
The cartridge type changes,
the drying standard does not.
Standard and oil-separating air-dryer cartridges are developed against the same drying performance target, with different system needs in mind. The core aim is the same in both designs: control moisture, oil carry-over and particulate risk in compressed air, and support reliable operation of brake, suspension and pneumatic circuits.
Every product is developed with molecular-sieve desiccant construction, controlled airflow, a durable housing and production-validation processes aligned with real service conditions.
Developed to hold moisture in the compressed-air line and deliver the dry air the system needs. Provides reliable drying performance for commercial-vehicle brake and suspension systems under standard service conditions.
Best For
Commercial-vehicle brake, suspension and pneumatic systems where moisture control is the primary requirement.
