Foundation
Fil Filter is established in İskenderun as a small filter manufacturing workshop, at a time when Türkiye's automotive industry is just taking shape.
Strategic Pivot
The company shifts its focus to OE supply. From this point on, systematic investment begins in OE-grade engineering and quality systems.
ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 quality management certification is achieved and has been held without interruption ever since. The foundation of today's quality discipline.
ISO/TS 16949 → IATF 16949
Certification to IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949), the quality management standard that automotive manufacturers require of their suppliers.
Integrated Production Campus
The new İskenderun production campus is completed: 50,000 m² of closed production area on a total 80,000 m² site, consolidating every value-added operation in-house.
ISO/IEC 17025 Lab Accreditation
The in-house laboratory achieves ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, becoming the only accredited filter test laboratory in Türkiye.
ISO 50001 Energy Management
The energy management system is certified to ISO 50001, establishing a formal framework for measurable energy savings and emissions reduction.
ISO 27001 Information Security
The information security management system is certified to ISO 27001, establishing a trust foundation for manufacturer data integration and IP-sensitive co-development projects.
Best Supplier Recognition
Best supplier of the year awards are received from Ford, AGCO and the Fiat Group; strategic partner status is secured with major manufacturers across European and Turkish markets.
Global Operation
More than 30 million filters are produced each year by over 1,100 employees; 70% of output is delivered direct to 60+ OE customers; products are exported to more than 80 countries.
